Pros
-Stable employment. -Pay is decent for my area. -Health and Dental insurance is pretty good.
Cons
-G4S makes a point to be painfully cheap (I have a feeling similar companies are the same way). -Pay is still below national average. -They charge you for licensing and training (if your state requires it). -They value seniority over competency (they fired a great worker at my site to replace him with a terrible worker who had been with the company too long).
