Too many to list! Each site is different. As stated above hourly wage is great, but there are no differentials for working nights or weekends, hell even if you "advanced" to a supervisor position you get maybe a dollar more. There is LITTLE TO NO incentive to moving up, which most of the supervisors are pressured or con'd into anyway. The night shift's(2300-0700) skeleton crew normally picks up the slack for the day crews and work every holiday. Leadership...ha!! The people who shouldn't be in power are and the ones who should be don't want it.
