      Pros

      Nothing really is a dead in job. Good for people that are older and already retired . I'm 23 and it was not worth the time to try to move up.

      Cons

      Disfunction no room for improvement. Dead in job unless u know how to get them to move you to a better paying site. Nothing close to your home.
