      Most people have a work from home arrangement on some days, friendly pockets of people scattered across the organisation.

      Cons

      Not very transparent, open to sharing information, senior management always talking behind CEO back in front of other employees in negative way, Makes morale very bad and strange and awkward, Vertical structure.
