Pros
Work is always available even overtime if you want it. Recieve 2 week vacation pay and will increase to 3 weeks next year (5 yrs).
Cons
Always being asked to work overtime. Not being able to actually take your vacation, always short staffed. No real benefits other than vacation, medical is offered but very expensive. No real advancement and very small raises if you ever get one.
