Pros
They do give recognition when you do a good job or go above and beyond which is nice.
Cons
Company outbid previous security company at my site and was very disorganized. Ended up making $1 less per/ hour than with the previous company. They would mess up on scheduling my relief often and was stuck at work HOURS after my shift ended because nobody wanted to come in at 10pm when supervisors called. They don't have any women's uniforms to wear, everything is men's so it is difficult to find something that fits right.
