      Pros

      One reason G4S is a good company to work for, is it offers bennifits as well as a solid amount of hours.

      Cons

      One downside that I have seen is the big disconnect between cooperate and the actual employees and managers. In addition the manager I work for struggles to make and stick to schedules.
