Pros
There is nothing new or exciting about working in a company for a long time if you don't have a proper team culture and friendly work environment to implement your ideas/ thoughts, that G&R always have. We've just released Goromcha Mail, the first Bangla mail service, also have some major projects in pipeline that are really exciting products to work with, Every year we arrange "Promoting Bangladesh Web" program and G&R Internship Program for making internet for Bangladesh more meaningful. It means creating pixels or playing cricket or debating for better ideas even at a roadside tea-stall can be done simultaneously if you have strong work/ team culture and better understanding among employees.
Cons
Everyone should be given more flexibility and openness while debating/ discussing with ideas/ thoughts with others even if he is wrong. I believe an opportunity to debate or share different thoughts freely makes an employee more integrated to his work and helps him finding the rational one. Also better employee benefits should be focussed on.
