G Adventures Response
5yThank you for taking the time to share some feedback with us and we sincerely apologize for the delay in our response.
As a company we are constantly evolving in an effort to create the best possible experience for our people. We do take our culture and our core values very seriously, and we continually strive to create a purposeful work environment that is inclusive, diverse, and welcoming of different personality types and social styles.
Our goal is to have our recognition, performance management and career development processes be as objective as possible, based solely on merit, alignment with our core values and demonstration of key leadership competencies. These programs have been structured accordingly, however we recognize that there is always room for improvement and we will take your feedback to heart as we continue to iterate on these processes moving forward.
We are sorry to hear that you had a poor experience with us, that you felt the culture is toxic, and that you did not feel valued or respected by your manager. That is certainly not the kind of experience that we are trying to create for our staff. If you ever want to reach out to us to share more of your experience, we are here to listen. You can reach us at cjones@gadventures.com. We want to take this opportunity to thank you for your contributions while you were with us and wish you the greatest success in the future.
