Pros

Still cant think of 1. Fortunately I got out of this place just in time.

Cons

So many it's too frustrating to list them all. My friends that are still there are very worried they are not allowed to work from home. The CEO follows his own rules and takes no advice from the Prime Minister or health officials. Stupid video training. Horrible CRM. Insurance benefits very expensive. Cell phone coverage is just a few dollars. MICRO MANAGEMENT is ridiculous. Gossiping from management about employees is awful because you always find out about it anyways. They lie to your face. People quit but management will tell you they were let go. You can't get sick or you will pay for it. You cant enjoy your vacation because you have to take your work with you. When you return from vacation you immediately need another one. You can't take your lunch when you want, even that is micro managed. The CEO, is very very cheap. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Our management has been following the news and governmental guidelines very closely. We are deemed an essential service. Our agency falls under "businesses providing staffing services, including temporary help" category. To keep our employees' safety, we've taken necessary measures including working from home while still providing services to both candidates and clients. Stay safe, stay well!

Pros

Great work environment, everyone working here is exceptional and professional, a breathe of fresh air when it comes to recruiting agencies in the US, this Canadian based company is changing the level of professionalism here in the states.

Cons

This company has high standards, it is not a con in my mind, it helps motivate and push you to be the best you can be. Sounds cliche but its true.
