Thrown out like trash - Solutions Consultant Fuze Employee Review

After 4 years of loyalty and a week before Christmas Fuze wasted no time getting rid of over 200 staff. Many experienced people lost their jobs in a hart beat. Fuze says they are focussing on enterprise but the product is weak compared to 8x8 and Ring Central. Fuze lies to staff saying all is well and the product is strong. They have not won any big logos in the past 2 years. 8x8 and Ring Central always gets the enterprise deals and have a stronger offering customers love and can use easily. They made all staff do an assessment with the pretence of ‘its for recruiting purposes’ the plan all along was to cut jobs.
