      Pros

      Cool office, close-knit team, people are really nice and friendly. You have a lot of freedom to decide how you do your work and when. You can work either from the office or from home. Regular and nicely organized events. Lunches are served every day. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Salaries can be higher. It would also be nice if lunches were with hot food instead of sandwiches.
