Pros

The company fosters a very inclusive environment and truly embraces innovation, investing heavily in new technologies. While it’s still early days for since the transition, the introductions and welcome have been genuinely warm. It’s also great to see a clear focus on growth across both the UK and Poland. Excited to see what's to come in the future!

Cons

While the company promotes many positive aspects, one area that could be improved is work-life balance. The current policy of mandatory office days has made it more difficult to maintain flexibility, especially for those with long commutes or personal responsibilities. A more balanced hybrid approach could support both collaboration and employee wellbeing.

Appreciate you sharing your perspective after so many years with us. It’s great to hear the culture of inclusivity and innovation continues to stand out, and the energy around our UK and Poland expansion is being felt on the ground. On the topic of office presence—we operate in an environment where markets can shift in seconds. Real-time coordination, rapid decision-making, and spontaneous collaboration are critical to performance. That’s why being physically present plays a key role in minimizing missed opportunities and maximizing collective output. That said, we're always open to refining how we work while staying aligned with our operational priorities. Thanks again for being part of the journey and for the constructive input.

"Great to hear that you value the stability and clear processes — those are important for ensuring consistency and smooth operations across teams. That's absolutely fair that process-driven roles can feel repetitive at times. As teams gain experience, there are often opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and bring more variety into the work."

Thank you for sharing your perspective—and for your long-standing contribution to the firm. It’s great to hear that the clarity and strategic direction of our leadership continue to stand out. That’s something we consistently strive to deliver as we scale and evolve in a fast-moving industry. On compensation, we’d like to clarify that our structure is aligned with industry standards. The commission-based component is designed to directly link performance with reward, making the model both fair and motivating. For those who consistently deliver, it provides a strong opportunity to be compensated in line with their impact. We appreciate your honest feedback—it helps guide how we grow stronger together.
