      LOWEST FEE for Service/ Erratic CEO!!! - Therapist Functional Life Employee Review

      Pros

      If you want to learn about deviant, out-of-control behavior speak to the CEO, especially about the fee for service. He becomes real crazy-there is no room for negotiations. You can not speak to him logically about anything, he gets triggered in an extreme way. That's why so many people left his company and he's getting more and more desperate and crazy. His reputation is out there!

      Cons

      Low fees for independent contractors, few cases, unhappy environment, and employees. INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS CONTINUALLY LEAVING!

      Pros

      They provide great support and really listen to your needs. The associate director of CPSE cases (although they no longer do CPSE) is awesome at communicating and is always respectful of all employees. You never feel pressured into something you're not comfortable with. If you like freedom and little hassle, this is the company to work for. Communication is great here.

      Cons

      Rates are lower than most companies. The boss is not upfront about salary decreases. Wish there was more support between employees/teachers.
