Good directors, some co-workers are nice, monthly lunches
Cons
Working in a company with toxic co-workers who act like they're the bosses when the director isn't here. They're not really for the kids, they're there to raise their reputation and self-inflated egos. If you're not on their side, they'll make your life harder. HR can't manage the situation, no one can control them. Can't grow if they're trying to stomp you down.
