-pay is lower than at other places -not really a con, but small office size means you will have to interact with your coworkers as people!

Knowledgeable people, high standards, flexibility with work and location, lots of learning opportunities, interesting clients, wide variety of project types, some fun perks, lack of office politics.

For the most part there are not too many items to list as a downside--the benefits are not as extensive as at a large company or corporation.
