Talent developers and designers, terrible studio lead - Product Manager FunPlus Employee Review

The company is rich enough to hire many talented developers, designers and artist. But they're just having a bad taste on hiring studio lead. The project I was in changed four studio leads within one year, and one of them is totally new in game design and project management, but aggressive enough to fire three experienced employees in his first month there. This was not only reckless but disrespectful. Oh, he also force people to work overtime with no overtime pay.
