Unqualified colleagues, dubious business and working ethics, incorrect information during employment process. Most of the employees are not gamers, when company was a start up several years ago it was easy to get higher ranks and still same people are managing company. You would be surprised who are being team leads in operation department. Lacking of most basic skills won't be an obstacle in your career growth here.
