It is a good idea

Working at FUM has been a challenging experience. There appears to be a lack of experienced leadership at the top, resulting in frequent mismanagement and decisions that have led to significant disruption. The treatment of US employees could be improved, as there have been instances where support and communication were lacking. The company's approach to adapting and supporting its teams often comes too late to be effective. While some may attribute these issues to growing pains, it feels more like a series of missteps that could be avoided with better management.

Flexible with PTO and taking time for appointments. Empowering culture where you’re trusted to get the work done and there’s always support when you ask for help. Good energy when the company connects online or in person. Very open minded exec team when it comes to resources and tools such as AI
