      CEO is weak and lacks experience

      Pros

      Great mission. Trying to change the world.

      Cons

      Poor management. CEO is way over his head, hiring a lot of people then 6 months later dropping 90% of them. The lack of experience and mismanagement is jaw dropping.

      Some nice people working there

      Cons

      Very low pay and constantly asking all employees to invest in the company. Conducts mass layoffs in the worst uncommunicative ways leaving remaining employees with a lot of uncertainty. Government minimum vacation pay with no sign of the bonuses advertised upon starting. Lots of expectations in employees to participate in sharing exercises that had weird and inappropriate questions. Really weird fake exec team that talked bizarre platitudes

      Pros

      Flexible with PTO and taking time for appointments. Empowering culture where you’re trusted to get the work done and there’s always support when you ask for help. Good energy when the company connects online or in person. Very open minded exec team when it comes to resources and tools such as AI

      No bonuses but they’re transparent about their start up costs Remote work has its downsides
