Pros

I love the team atmosphere, knowing that we can always reach out for support and help each other to improve. Working from home is a huge plus for the easy commute!

Cons

You have to really prepare to work from home. If you don't set up your environment, it is tough to be able to keep up with an ever-changing call center.
