Much of their work happens behind the scenes, but their relentless effort is focused on making the company stronger, driving growth, and building long-term stability. They genuinely empower their people — creating an environment where employees can grow, take ownership, and contribute to meaningful work. I also value the honesty and transparency of our CEO, as well as the flexibility of the 9/80 schedule, which supports a healthy work-life balance.
