Pros
Solid benefits and compensation packages are great (and From Day One has that too), but what really makes me excited to go to work every day are the amazing team of people who are so passionate and good at what they do. It's a fun culture full of creative and talented people who genuinely care about putting out a good product and who care about the mission behind From Day One.
Cons
Working in events can be stressful- have worked in the industry for 20 years and that doesn't ever go away, but truly feel like the company supports each other so it makes the logistical headaches not as overwhelming. Travel schedule is a little hectic but now that the company has gotten significantly bigger, I don't have to attend every single one. Seeing everyone at live events is also really fun though, so I always miss it when I can't go.
