      Pros

      Benefits are excellent including RRSP match and flexible schedule. Very regular performance reviews every quarter, have been able to move up in title twice in the first year.

      Cons

      Fully remote is kind of isolating, I haven't really met my team members in real life. Working across time zones can be disruptive sometimes especially with Singapore office.
