Pros

Product is agile, Solutions Engineers are great, C level is pretty decent, gives strong faith and belief in the product

Cons

- Manager is far removed. Gen X/Boomer style that takes mental health of employees into NO account - Expected to turn up for a late call (past 11 pm) because it doesn't look good if we don't show up for a call that we were not even invited to - Style of management is psychologically traumatising. Too much politics and too many mind games. Extremely tiring and detrimental for mental health - This place does not set their AEs up for success. Basically change commission structure every few months. Currently you do not earn any commish till you hit >25% and above - Territory planning is a mess.. CRM team is a mess. LinkedIn used to be a source of truth now it's D&B -some large enterprise accounts are now being marked as "SMB" and basically nothing you can do about it - Lack of ethics and professionalism in many rogue-run teams based out of India, running processes in non compliant ways - Lack of psychological safety: No clue who to speak to at work about all the above issues if even my own RSM is so worried about perceptions

Pros

- Mostly good salary/benefits - Nice office - Some decent coworkers

Cons

If you have to do mass layoffs of hundreds of employees every 18 months, leaders need to look in the mirror to find the true problem with the business. Because it's not the competent people that actually get things done that are being laid off with no warning and limited severance. Don't expect any job security here. Also: - Still behind on certain benefits (extremely limited 401k match and bad expense policies not in line with US standards) - Work life balance is hard with large teams in both India and the US - Some employees who have been here 10+ years are completely unresponsive and largely incompetent but still get raises, promotions, and aren't ever scrutinized by leadership. The politics game runs deep here.
