Freshworks Interview Questions

First is Screening call, Then the Technical interview with 2 persons about data warehousing techniques, Structured query language - SCD , joins ,lead lag functions, ETL, amd ETL testing, and then HR Manager interview

Had a call with one of the team leads. Interviewer was extremely curt. I can understand it is probably a pressure test to see how situations can be handled but wasn't a good experience overall. Knew right away it wasn't the right fit for me culture wise.

Good interview. Interviewer thought I wasn't a cultural fit because I said something very vague First two interviews went really well First interview was with sales manager and head of sales was the second interview

The interview process was pretty straight forward and had multiple rounds. In most of these rounds you are tested to see how you handle an objection and how you take things forward from there on.

First call with the recruiter: it felt like I was invited to the interview purely to let the junior recruiter practice. I was not made aware in advance that the person who reached out to me will be shadowing the call, so that was a surprise. Then followed a set of questions about my experience, along with some information about the company. It turned out to be a role that doesn’t match my skills and quite different from the job description. It then became clear to me that I was used for training purposes and they were not really interested in hiring me. Well, what can I say, I believe in karma.

Very unprofessional interview process. A HR called me up and set up an interview with a Director which I accepted. The next day, while I was waiting for interview, the HR sent a note saying they wont be going ahead with my profile but did not send any calendar cancellation. I was confused and tried to reach out to the HR via phone and SMS, but she did not respond. As Google calendar still showed my interview slot, I tried to join the zoom interview call. But Zoom said the meeting link was invalid. There is no explanation, no communication and no response from the HR. Easily among the worst interview experiences I have had

I Was able to give 2 rounds of interview First round was with Product person (staff Product Manager), He had asked a Product Sense question. The Interviewer was polite and was helpful. Second round was supposed to be UX designer, due to non availability of the Interviewer. The second round was scheduled as Technical round. The Interviewer was polite. Thought he was expecting more technical knowledge.

Please interview at least for 1 hour before deciding the candidate for selection. I have 7 years of experience with Front end stack and the interviewer didn't even have the patience to evaluate me for 1 hour and just for the sake of taking an interview to an equal position(I was interviewed for a lead position), I got rejected. I have to call and ask that I have been rejected. Please evaluate with proper interviewers to know the talent of a 7 year Front end guy. Didn't even had one coding question to prove. If the guy has rejected me for not getting output or no coding knowledge, I perfectly accept that my rejection is valid. Software is all about coding and solving a particular real world problem and not just reading theories and asking them for evaluation. Most funny part is you can answer all questions correctly and still get a rejection call. I personally love Freshworks company! But, please evaluate with proper interviewers to hire the best talents around the area. Cheers!!!

Virtual interview with HR, manager. Definitely one of the least professional interviews I’ve ever been in. Manager met with me for about 5 minutes and accused me of “job hopping” - I’ve had 2 jobs in my career - and said she had a fire drill and had to go. I didn’t hear back and ended up at a better SaaS company.

Leadership has less than 10 yrs experience.. Maturity level not suited for experienced ppl to apply. Industry agnostic interview options is positive. Vibrant environment is positive. Can join for junior roles. Senior roles not attractive
