Great company - Senior Director of Operations FreightPros Employee Review

- Great team atmosphere with very caring and supportive coworkers - The culture is great - Management are very understanding and approachable - Excursion days out, free lunches, taco Friday’s, Beer, ping pong table what more could you want - They make a stressful industry (Freight) fun and exciting, I looked forward to coming to work every day - Great Pay, PTO, benefits and work life balance CEO is one of the most down to earth people, very approachable and actually cares about his employees. I left FreightPros because of health reasons and I would 100% recommended this company to be work for.

No Cons! This is a company once you leave you will miss and regret leaving in the first place

Four years out of college and a handful of jobs under my belt, FreightPros was definitely the best company I had ever worked for. The main reason was because of the people: you are a part of team where everybody has your back and supports you. You are able to ask questions (no matter how long you've been there) and ask for help if needed. The managers will challenge you and celebrate your achievements. Being in an unpredictable and stressful industry such as freight can be demanding and bit overwhelming at times, but it's easy to want to come into work and work hard when you have supportive coworkers and managers. Oh, and Taco Fridays and happy hours don't hurt either :)

As I mentioned, the freight industry is rather stressful. Problem solving in an office and dealing with things out of your control can be overwhelming. Also, being on the phone the majority of your day can be pretty exhausting. But pros definitely outweigh the cons working for this company. You will be a successful being part of the team at FreightPros if you can keep a positive attitude and ask for help from your coworkers if it ever does become too much.
