      You can freely & you don't have to under any officers or CEO. You don't have any work pressure from the officer.

      Cons

      I am currently working as a freelancer, But I worked for several game character as a freelancer. After the work they pay me but they do not mention my name in their game project. Every time I worked like that, then I realize money is important but also my work contribution is important to. So that's why I am applying for this job to make name in 3D industry.
