Pros
Great peers, staff and support from management, upper management some could be soulless for sure esp the ones who moved up the ranks. I think most people now are afraid of losing their jobs to Quebecors
Cons
Since new parent company took over the company is heading downward real fast. Cuts are happening, benefits being scaled back, layoffs and sub par severances. Mostly from the profit over employee model Quebecor has clouded this company since its take over. Shaw was far superior but the greedy Shaw son selling his fathers company led us all here.
