Pros

Operations employees consistently show up with dedication, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. They manage the day-to-day challenges with minimal support, often bridging gaps left by unclear direction from above. Their hands-on knowledge and practical problem-solving are the backbone of the organization — they keep things moving even when systems and leadership falter. The security team stands out for its professionalism, calm under pressure, and genuine commitment to safety. They handle difficult situations with discretion and integrity, often without recognition. Their presence provides not only physical security but also a sense of stability for employees who know they can count on them.

Cons

Imagine an HR Director with a polished smile and two heads — each whispering different promises. One head assures you that your concerns are valued, while the other silently plots how to spin your words into ammunition. This person operates with a silk tongue and venom-laced intent, cultivating a culture of fear under the guise of “support.” They’re the first to promote “mental wellness” in team meetings, yet the last to protect anyone from burnout or bullying. Behind closed doors, they thrive on gossip, weaponize policy, and pretend neutrality while subtly advancing personal agendas. Their allegiance isn’t to people — it’s to power. And like a snake with a split tongue, they speak empathy fluently, but never sincerely.

Pros

Very friendly staff. Straightforward job with good pay. Overall an enjoyable job.

Cons

Inconsistent hours. Burnout can occur if you're looking for something easy. Other than that its pretty much exactly what you'd expect. Good job to have.

Pros

Great immediate management (up to department head), good travel benefits (although not as good as previous years), health insurance excellent. Travel benefits are nice when you can use them. Become better at what do you, but with an emotional cost.

Cons

Toooo profit heavy and want to please owners versus staff, worklife balance needs improvement although it's getting there. Pulse Survey results need to be taken more seriously by PC and not put on department heads and asssitant managers, need accountability on PC to action. Terrible employee meals, especially if not AM Monday through Friday. Poor corporate ELT team since post covid times.
