      Employees are very nice The office is nice

      Cons

      You work 60+ hours going door to door no matter what the weather is. Mandatory office hours that are unpaid Travel is required for the position, but you aren’t reimbursed.

      Great Office Environment. The management cares about the progress you make professionally. Ability for growth through company

      Pay is strictly commission and it is a door to door job. The hours are gruesome with 50-60 hours a week. Poor work/life balance
