I applied online. I interviewed at Four Bridges (New York, NY)
Interview
I was contacted to come in for an interview via text. The fact that they actually suggested how to dress professionally should have been my first indication that this is a job best suited for students with limited professional experience.
The CEO seemed a little too pleased with the fact that their sales model is door-to-door. He spent several minutes disparaging other types of marketing and advertising (and stroking his ego about using Verizon as a client), mostly arguing that CTR on banner ads is very low.
Cool story, but advertising is not always about direct sales through that specific ad - it's about building brand/product awareness that will eventually drive customers to you.
They also seem pretty proud of the fact that apparently working their sales model WILL make you cry at least once. Not exactly a great selling point to hire someone.
Interview ended politely enough, but it's a hard pass on my end.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Four Bridges (Poughkeepsie, NY) in Feb 2019
Interview
When I first walked in I was a little nervous because the office space is a converted carriage house. However, once I got inside I loved the way the place looked!
The 1st interview was very simple, it was with the owner, he was very open about what the process was. Sales, what promotions existed, clients, etc.
2nd interview was done with someone else to get to see if I was a good fit.
3rd was a sit down with the owner again to make sure I didn’t have any other questions.
Great process, and lots of info!

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Four Bridges (Poughkeepsie, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
Easy interview process. Was recruited and went in for an interview within two days. Second interview was a day later. Employer send to really push people to their potential instead of taking the way road. Excited to start.
