Specifically for the Services team, we have taken action on that advice by launching a new talent development structure, which maps out career growth paths, specialisations that we link to compensation plans. Relating to your comment about the engineering team, we have grown the engineering talent in our Berlin Services team! Next step is to leverage that engineering knowledge: besides the onboarding training and high-level support, we're rolling out a continuous technical training program for our Berlin employees.
