Free printing and Free drinks There was a great company culture when I started in Greifswalderstrasse and it decreases progressively with American company wanting to do everything in EU like if it was in USA

Cons

Inexperienced managers who are only interested to cut the cost in terms of salary for the company to get the cheapest service as possible; Really high turnover due to low salaries Lack of communication and organisation/processes Located in Funkhaus which is really badly served by public transport
