Pros

- Salary is ok and bills need to be paid I suppose. Don't take this job if you have other options though. - Remote work so you don't have to travel to the office every day, but there are limitations to how much you can work outside of your country of residence. - Some employees are nice, but don't trust everyone.

Cons

- The company has been enacting restricting policies and has become a stuffy place to work. Everything is so slow. - The company laptops are basically unusable due to strict enforcements. - The benefits are _absolute_ minimums. Some people have had benefits misrepresented verbally to be more attractive during their interviews, so don't trust anything unless it's stated explicitly in the contract. - As mentioned in other reviews, promotions are really covert popularity contests. The company is rife with nepotism, so don't expect to quickly get promoted no matter how hard you work. - DEI efforts are a joke. There are no real OKRs around DEI, the C-levels don't put any effort into improving diversity and they don't provide any support to grassroots movements around it either. Absolutely laughable.

Pros

Seriously some of the smartest and nicest people I have ever had the opportunity to work with. Great culture and the technology is the real deal so it's nice to be able to position solutions to clients you know you can deliver.

Cons

UK headquartered company that is still growing in the US. Target market is large banks who can be slow to move

Pros

Colleagues are incredibly intelligent and motivated, but their efforts are consistently undermined by a lack of support from management.

Cons

Recent layoffs were handled poorly, with no regard for the individuals affected. I was laid off and my manager never even spoke to me to say goodbye. In fact, management doesn't inform anyone when someone is let go, so you usually only find out when someone's account is deactivated. The CEO appears out of their depth and lacks a clear vision for the company. This created an atmosphere of uncertainty and fear. While the work itself was engaging, the toxic culture ultimately outweighs any positives.
