Pros

The company is growing, bringing opportunities if you want to work for them. Good office environment with a positive culture and fun people to work with. Lots to learn that can effectively give you all the tools you need to be successful.

Cons

Can be challenging working with the team overseas due to time difference and language barrier. Clients want things immediately and we cant always give an answer immediately. Speaking of clients, they are the most challenging aspect of the job. Some are really nice and easy to work with while others can be very pushy. The team is always looking on ways to improve billing accuracy which means logging your time more accurately and making small tweaks to the current process. This can be hard and frustrating to manage.

Pros

Solid leadership, and the feedback I get from clients is that we are highly structured, extremely well-organized, very polished and professional. Technical knowledge and experience here at Forix is elite. From a sales and business development standpoint, it's comforting to know that we have the ability to execute at a high-level for clients when they come on board.

Cons

Preparation and effort are necessary to succeed, so I suppose if you are a slacker, then those might be cons.

Pros

I guess work from home Fridays.

Cons

Forix provides virtually no training or ongoing development. Management micromanages every aspect of your workflow but saves any and all feedback for reviews. There is no constructive feedback or development given in the course of an average day. The company is a revolving door of bad hires, quality employees leaving and new hires being let go after 60 days for not “being where they need to be” after receiving virtually no training. There are no bonuses, minimal time off, the pay is far below industry standard for what is expected of you. Management is constantly changing processes and procedures to the point that the entire role can change every few weeks. Although it’s a small company, there is extremely little communication from the top down. The office culture does not encourage collaboration, feedback for leadership in any way, or transparency.
