      Pros

      Working here has given me the ability to grow and work in the team environment I've always wanted in a career. I have been able to grow in my position and see others doing the same, which is inspiring to continue doing well. Hard work pays off with this company.

      Cons

      My con is that I didn't take this opportunity sooner, and insurance benefits don't kick in for 2 months.
