not good work culture - Assistant Manager Force Motors Employee Review

I had join Force Motors by considering their current market growth and profit as I did not know anyone personally. But from the first weak itself I feel too much pressure and not having proper work life balance by observing my colleague and from third week I feel the same from myself. As I was on probation period thanks to god having 7 days notice period I left Force within 6 month. Even at the time of leaving I feel pressure from my manager also. From my experience I will never recommend my friend to join Force Motors.
