Resume shortlisting, aptitude test (contains core Qs, GK), Group discussion (optional, depending on group size) our group was small so GD not conducted, technical interview (you need your all basics clear. They didn't ask very deep Qs but the things that we usually ignore), HR interview (it was easy, very expected questions were there)

As a metallurgy student they asked me about phase diagrams, thermodynamics, resume based project Qs
I applied through LinkedIn and got shortlisted within a week. HR first asked about my background and why I wanted the role. Next, I faced a technical/managerial round where I solved case-based questions. Finally, after a culture-fit round, I received the offer call.

Process consisted of 3 rounds-
1) Written Test + Aptitude Test
2) Round 1 - H.R.
3) Round 2 - Technical
Written test was pretty easy,
Round 1 was all about judging your confidence, personality, and are you interested in the company or not.
Round 2 will depend on the person taking the interview but is easy
