      Supportive coworkers, decent management. Mostly great clients.

      Cons

      Management does not take any consideration of your ideas and does not care about your burnout. Extreme requirements that were not included in the job description or interview. High caseload and no room for growth for therapists, even after licensure.

      Pros

      The people at Foothill are amazing! Foothill really cares about their clients and the community. They are highly organized, train you in a lot of different EBP’s, provide helpful supervision. Completing your hours will go by so fast because you will always have clients!

      Cons

      Not too much room for growth for therapists. Workload can be heavy at times. Traveling to field visits for therapy can be a tiresome for some.

      Helping families and children obtain resources.

      Cons

      Being micromanaged by program management and manager not taking accountability for their mistakes. Low morale. Upper management chooses to ignore the problem when reported.
