      Pros

      Owner cares about employees, work schedule is flexible as a part time employee. Located close to public transportation (Green Line)

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for advancement, mostly due to the limited amount of full time positions available. Long hours for full time employees (managers frequently stay until 7 or 8pm and work some weekends)

      Pros

      The company is a family-owned business, making it super easy to get to know everyone. They are all super welcoming and caring. The hours are good, and the feedback from project managers makes you improve and learn fast!

      Cons

      The salary could be better; besides that, Focuscope is an excellent company that set my career path as a recruiter.
