Pros
The company is a family-owned business, making it super easy to get to know everyone. They are all super welcoming and caring. The hours are good, and the feedback from project managers makes you improve and learn fast!
Cons
The salary could be better; besides that, Focuscope is an excellent company that set my career path as a recruiter.

Flexible schedule / hours, owner is a pleasure to work with. You form really good friendships with those who you work close with. Easy work. Everyone is really easy going and work with you to understand new projects.
Cons
Pay to park and No HR!!!! No room to grow, which is kind of what you expect and are made aware of when hired.
