Cons

Lack of transparency with what's happening in the company, which also led to a horrible way to let people go Offices in different countries are doing different things, doesn't seem like it's one company

Pros

Hard to think of any lately. Most of the perks we had once upon a time are long gone after the Omnicom acquisition

Cons

Unrealistic workloads that the company is softly framing as "high standards here means high expectations".....so people burning out and drowning in work is being normalized? The turnover rate here has been extremely high lately, so I'm not sure why leadership isn't recognizing there is clearly a problem.
