      Pros

      plenty of room to grow, they really respect and encourage self development. This is a company that truly know's their employee's are what makes them succeed. While I was an employee here, I was constantly offered new responsibilities and opportunities to grow within my team. Down the road, should the opportunity arise and the situation fit, I would 10/10 return here to work again

      Cons

      Flycast partners is exploding and growing at a rapid rate. Anyone who has been at a growing company knows the growth pains a company can go through while such expansive changes are happening at once. While Flycast does have its moments, it definitely handles it in stride and adapts to the situation at hand.

      Pros

      Flycast Partners is a great company that demonstrates they show genuine concern for the employees and their families. Communication regarding the direction of the company and things going on in the company make it from the top down to the lowest level of employee. The CEO routinely schedules meetings with employees to get their feedback on issues, and is willing to also hear the not so good (of which there is little to complain about). Much generosity is shown with pay, benefits and time off. The company stays in tune with changing market conditions and adjusts accordingly to continue being profitable. Much of the company works remotely, as did I. The only reason I left was because it was time to retire.

      Cons

      I really cannot think of anything to mention. As with any good job, the work can be a bit challenging at times, but everyone works together to resolve issues.

      I would disagree with the fact that we provide "no training" but I will acknowledge that as a 100% remote company, training becomes more challenging and we are counting on the employee to put in the effort to make the training successful. We do have ample resources but again, as a remote company, we do require the employee to put the effort in. Unfortunately, sometimes we get a result like in this case where it is just not the right fit. We don't make these decisions lightly and only after it has become clear that it's not the right fit.
