      As a fresher and trainee Phoenix IT Solutions is an amazing company to work for me. A very dynamic work environment with very smart people. The company is growing very fast which makes every day at the office different and challenging. Phoenix IT Solutions feels like a big family. Working with good stack of technologies helps me to grow in IT sector.

      There no pros except it is based in vizag for local people it is good ..may be

      Poor Hr policy . There will be no proper training during joining time , no one will respond in time late delivery of products Salary will come in middle of the month Notice period is 90 days and f and f they will take 6 months to release One of the worst company to work Recommended to not join and ruin your career
