Pros

The office space is nice.

Cons

I've read through some of these 5-star ratings and I'm genuinely wondering if they were given some sort of incentive to write a good review, or maybe they have the wrong company? Haha idk, but the "0/10 don't recommend" review is the most accurate here. If you have integrity, want to be acknowledged/compensated for your hard work, or are female, DO NOT WORK HERE. Trust me, this is not the place for you. From my experience: • The Boys Club reigns and even though the president of the company is female, I've never seen such sexism in the workplace. Women who work here (at least at the administrative level) were more often than not passed up for raises and promotions in favor of men who work half as hard and are nowhere near as deserving. Men receive perks for being friends with the CEO and other upper management. • There were little to no morals or ethics in upper management and in sales. There were things I saw and experienced that were baffling. Just really sketchy, terrible stuff. • Extremely poor communication and lack of organization on all levels. • HR was useless. Even formal complaints were swept under the rug. It didn't help that some HR employees are married to members of upper management. I haven't worked there in a little while (thank heavens) and things could have changed for the better since then. I hope they have!

Pros

Fluent is in the business of sales and service. We are ready to scale with our sales teams, and provide exceptional customer/technical support with our call center operations, and large international Field Technician network!

Cons

Fluent Home restructured the organization in an effort to reduce cost, and ensure the company was stable for the future. Restructures are very difficult for everyone involved, and unfortunately we some of our top employees had to move on to other opportunities as a result.

Pros

Culture was the best part about the company

Cons

Allowing somebody to take the entire marketing budget and switch it to facebook leads only was a terrible decision.
