      Friendly, passionate, and smart colleagues, exciting industry, global teams, flexible and autonomous work, impactful work

      Hours can be long as company scales rapidly and resources can't get hired fast enough, company is becoming more bloated with size and is less dynamic, well structured but can bureaucratic, no long-term incentive plan
