I applied online. I interviewed at Fluence (Mountain View, CA) in May 2026
Interview
I completed a recruiter phone screen, a 30-minute Zoom interview with the hiring manager, two stakeholder interviews, and a final interview with senior leadership, where it was strongly implied that I should expect an offer. Since then, the recruiter has stopped responding and continues to send automated out-of-office replies with return dates that have already passed. The experience has been very unprofessional.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fluence in Feb 2026
Interview
3 rounds of interviews; Phone screening, Hiring Manager, and Panel interview with the team. The panel interview was very in-depth and asked about questions that went far beyond what was listed on the job description. The initial recruiter ghosted me after I sent 2-3 emails regarding the interview. I had to finally reach out to the hiring manager and get contacted by an unrelated recruiter that they have selected another candidate. A month later, this exact same job posting was listed again. Incredibly unprofessional and disorganized company.
3 rounds of interviews including an assessment round of 2 hours. From HR manager to hiring manager were involved with homework / presentation assignment. The process was quite, as it took nearly 10 weeks to get to an offer.
