      Solid well-established company, great culture, high performing team. Dallas office is crushing it. Tons of opportunities for growth and very experienced leadership to learn from. High earning potential, great benefits, hard work is rewarded.

      Recruitment can be difficult and requires genuine hard work. It's the nature of the job itself.

      They will give you a hefty base salary

      Cons

      The company is an absolute scam, run by former Michael page recruiters who will force metrics down your throat. Since it’s fully remote, you’re expected to be online and available from 7am- 7pm every day. The managers will treat you like a child and micromanage you more than you could imagine. Would not recommend my worst enemy to get a job here. Absolute scam of a company
