- A lot of benefits. Free lunch. Gym with trainers. Kick-boxing training. Bar. Company trip and parties. - International company with people from over 40 nationalities. It teaches you a lot about different cultures, different people. - Almost flat heirarchy - New ideas are always appreciated - It is easy to switch between teams or change roles. Company also provided necessary training if required. - Friday evenings at the bar gives a good excuse to socialize. - Good work-life balance. - Salary is above average but bonus is really nice
